Property Description: The property is located on a secluded picturesque creek with tall trees and exotic tropical birds, right in the center of Uvita, one of the fastest growing areas of Costa Rica.

Located only a few minutes from the pristine beaches of the Pacific and the National Park Bahia Ballena to watch the whales and dolphins, to swim, to surf, to fish, and to view the spectacular sunsets. Or within a few minute walk there are pure mountain waterfalls to refresh by.

The property is some 300 yards (meters) from the bus stop and a 5 minute walk to the Supermarket La Corona, the Bank of Costa Rica, the Public Market and many other stores and restaurants in the area.

The super solid construction built of reinforced concrete, stone, and whole timber Eucalyptus logs. It features 15 feet high ceilings, hard tropical wood parquet floor in the living area, hand made terracotta tile floor in the kitchen, as well as windows, doors, and cabinetry, all custom built from exotic tropical woods.

The gardens are beautiful year around and present many tropical plants and flowers. They are bound by a serene running creek which attracts all types of birds and animals: Parrots, toucans, monkeys, sloth, morph butterflies, and many birds.

The ornamental gate is built of wrought iron and teak wood and the fence is made of reinforced concrete, metal, and hard woods.

Once finished, the B&B is to have 11 room capacity. The estimates to finish the structure as originally planned run between $50,000 and $80,000. Partners are welcome.

The second structure is built of whole timbre and solid 2.5x 5.5 (7cm x 14cm) lumber. It is built on top of the creek and offers most relaxing atmosphere for watching the running water and the nature. Excellent for a bar/restaurant or as a separate house unit. Presently, the structure is used as a furniture and woodworking shop, which is completely equipped for processing wood from trees to the desired product.
