The 9-1-1 emergency number, and the services 800, 900 and 905, remain unchanged

The change to four digits reported by the SUTEL includes not only the numbers and information management used by ICE, but also those used to communicate with other entities of public interest as the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE), National Board for Children (PANI) and National Children's Hospital, among others.

As customers become familiar with new numbers, ICE enabled a message to remind the new format, if you call the special number incorrectly.
