You want to move to Costa Rica but can’t get your house sold
This month of July, I'd like you to give you some different information. Every month I give you some news about what's going on in Costa Rica and why you should move here. Lately, I've had too many clients who are ready to move to Costa Rica but are trying to sell their home before they are able to move here. So I decided to make my intro a little different.
How can you sell your house quicker and more profitable? Selling your house is not always as easy as it seems to be. Why does one house sell in a few days and another one years or even longer? Why is one house sold at a profit and another one with enormous debts left behind?
Presentation is the answer to these questions. The presentation of the house on the pictures, the presentation on the Internet and presentation to potential buyers is the reason, even though most sellers don't want to accept this.
Each house is marketable, but you need to know how. From my years of experience of selling homes in Costa Rica, my experience in digital photography and advertising real estate on the Internet, I can assure you that 90% of the sellers don't make the necessary effort to present their home spic 'n span, nor does their real estate agent. Income producing commercial property investors from the US, Europe and South America are actively pursuing commercial real estate investment properties in Costa Rica, where yields for income producing properties spiked dramatically during the financial crisis and remain at historically attractive levels.

The Southern Pacific has been a notoriously difficult area to access but this has proved to be of benefit.
While other tourist hotspots have experienced sometimes overwhelming development this area has remained largely untouched.
The town of Uvita is located next to a beautiful pristine white sandy beach that looks out onto sparkling pacific waters which are excellent for swimming and snorkeling.
