Full Details: Gary Clarke was born in 1941 in New Jersey. He moved to California in 1968 where he had a rewarding career in Anesthesia for 30 years. During that time, his spare time was spent buying and fixing up homes on the Central Coast, some of which he still owns today. In 1993 he and his family traveled to Costa Rica for a vacation and fell in love. The following year they returned and bought their first property on the beach in Playa Grande with plans to retire there. After a 6 week road trip through Mexico and Central America, the Clarke family, Gary, Jolene and Brooks, move to Tamarindo permanently 5 years ago. Brooks attended the Country Day School where he is distinguished as the only graduate in the 2004 class!
Gary began buying and selling real estate shortly after moving here, something he should have been doing all along. "My wife and I have always loved homes so moving into a real estate career was a natural progression. I take this very serious and enjoy helping my clients make excellent investments in properties." Gary is not a 9 to 5er and is available to his clients when ever they need him. Gary's clients love his kind, honest, and helpful approach to real estate where he will find the property to fit the buyer.
