How to apply and become an AE affiliate.

First, you will need to know a few rules to become an affiliate partner:

Be a citizen or legal resident of Costa Rica
All affiliate members Spanish – English (or one of the staff) has to be fully bilingual
Minimum 5 years of working in real estate in Costa Rica
Have a functioning office in Costa Rica
Be an expert in an area not yet covered by another AE affiliate
Members are only allowed to list a property within their approved area location
