About Sarah Breitlander

Sarah, our Flamingo beach real estate agent, has been featured on HGTV’s Jungle Life series. She has also has been featured on eight separate occasions on the popular television show House Hunter’s International.
Currently a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Sarah serves as a Board Member to the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR). Sarah also has her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. Before moving to Costa Rica, Sarah spent a decade as a successful commercial litigation attorney at one of the top law firms in Chicago, USA. She was named one of Chicago’s top “40 Under 40” attorneys to watch.

Peter Breitlander is a U.S. accredited real estate broker who began his career in 2002. In 2005, co-founded a real estate company in Chicago, a highly successful boutique real estate brokerage specializing in luxury homes and commercial investments. He and his team of over 40 agents handled thousands of successful transactions. Peter was ranked the Top 1% of producing Realtors in Chicago for five consecutive years before moving to Costa Rica in 2012.
Peter is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR), and La Cámara de Corredores de Bienes Raíces (CCCBR). Pete has his GRI Certification from the Graduate of Real Estate Institute and has his Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.

In 2013, Sarah and Peter joined forces to found a luxury beach real estate agency. Their company now enjoys four offices located in Tamarindo, Playa Flamingo, Playa Potrero, and Playa Ocotal. Sarah and Peter also founded a Property Management and Vacation Rentals company. Theirs has become one of the premier property management and vacation rental companies throughout the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica.
